How to choose a sperm donor
When having treatment with donor sperm you can choose a sperm donor from Cryos or another sperm bank. The choice is yours.
How much would you like to know about the donor?
At Cryos, you will have free access to more than 1.000 sperm donors with different donor profiles. Sperm donors with a Basic Profile only contain essential information such as eye colour and blood type, while donors with an Extended Profile contain much more information, such as a detailed description of the donor’s personality and looks.
Should your child be able to try to contact the donor?
When using a donor from a sperm bank, you will not know the identity of the donor, and the donor will not know or be a part of your child’s life. If you choose an ID Release sperm donor, your child can contact Cryos to receive their donor’s contact information after turning 18. Please be aware that according to Cypriot law, nationals of Cyprus can only choose a Non-ID Release Donor.

What is the cost of treatment with donor sperm?
The cost of IVF/ICSI treatment with donor sperm is €2,500, and the cost of IUI treatment with donor sperm is €750. You can also choose to have only part of your treatment at Cryos IVF Clinic at a lower price. The cost of donor sperm is not included in the price.
